You have 14 days to ship your books by the method selected in the Buyback request process. Your Buyback request will be automatically canceled if you do not ship within 14 days or try to use a different shipping method.
Shipping is free so long as you send your books by U.S. Postal Service, UPS or USPS according to the option you chose in your Buyback request.
We will provide you with a prepaid, trackable shipping label that you can print out from your computer. Delivery Confirmation is included with the label, so you will be able to verify that your shipment successfully arrived at our location.
Need more labels? No problem. Just go to your account and click on the Buyback in question. From there, click "Add a shipping label." You can request as many free labels as you need, but please use a unique label for each package.
Depending on your location, Buyback submissions shipped via U.S. Postal Service Media Mail may take up to 10 business days to arrive before your submission can be processed. Buyback submissions shipped via Ground Shipping may take up to 6 business days to arrive before your submission can be processed. In "My Buybacks", you can track your Buybacks at anytime.
In order to ensure the safe arrival of your Buyback, please follow these packaging recommendations:
* Pack your books tightly in a heavy duty shipping box.
* Lay the books flat in the box.
* Do not stand the books on end.
* Fill all remaining open space in the box; preferably with a recyclable packing material such as crushed paper or bubble-wrap.
* If you can hear or feel the contents move when you shake the box, you will need to add more packing material.
* Seal your package with heavy-duty packing tape. Lack of adequate packing material often leads to books arriving damaged or missing.
We are not responsible for books lost or damaged in transit.
You must include all CD's, disks, booklets and other text supplements with your shipment to ensure proper credit.
