Prices paid are based on the condition, edition, and ISBN of the book when it is received in our warehouse.

If the condition, edition, or ISBN received does not match what you submitted originally, your quote will be adjusted. Please give accurate information about your book and pack your shipment well. Once you send your books, they cannot be returned for any reason. Our Buyback staff tries to be as lenient as possible with every Buyback book we receive, and we want to buy as many books as possible.

Usually in about a week. When you ship by Standard Shipping, it takes 2~3 weeks in some cases according to your area.
If you ship from HI, AK, it takes 5 weeks at worst case.

No. Once you select a Buyback payment method and your payment is processed, it cannot be changed.

Yes, if your box is postmarked within 14 calendar days and the item condition on arrival meets or exceeds the eligibility criteria.
If the title you wish to sell is not found to be in good condition, or if the ISBN number is wrong, your account will not be credited and the item will be scrapped.

You must cash your check within 180 days of the check date. The check will be voided after 180 days.

If it has been fewer than 180 days from the date you submitted your Buyback, you may request in writing a one-time reissue of your check provided it has not been cashed. Be sure to include a note detailing your Buyback number and the address the new check should be sent to. Please note that we reserve the right to assess a processing fee.

No. We cannot reissue a check more than 180 days after your Buyback submission.

You should receive your check within 3-10 business days after your shipment is processed. However, if you have not received your check within 30 days, please contact us immediately.

You may choose BookMonster Gift Card for your Buyback payment. You can purchase anything on our site using it. Your Book Monster Gift Card balance will never expire. It can not be transferred to another account
